Exaltation.

Again, surprisingly on a sunday morning, the devo before i head to church is again about worship. This morning, it brought to me that we should always be proclaiming God's good to others. This doesnt necessarily mean saying it to their face "GOD IS GOOD, GOD IS GREAT!". Its showing and reflecting God's good through and by you to others. They should be able to pick it up themselves. At times, yes we can exalt loudly and full out, but you dont need to do exactly that just to glorify God. Always be glorifying him. On you way to school, before you sleep, at home, at church. ALL YEAR ROUND.

Not only Exalt, but thankfulness. I've come to realize and learn this these past few years. We need to be thankful. We take things for granted ALL THE TIME. We dont understand that (exaggerated) God can easily take our life in a snap. So be thankful in the morning that you have another day to live, be thankful that you have education, be thankful you have friends and family that you love and love you, be thankful for the food you have. Think back to how it got to your plate. One meal could have fish from the Atlantic ocean, corn and vegetables from prairie fields, and milk from a cow somewhere at a farm. And it somehow just all fell into place onto that one plate you have in the middle of some urbanized city. Amazing no? God has blessed each and everyone of us so much and be thankful. Be. Thankful. NOT ONLY for the things we have, but the things we've experienced. Been in an accident, gotten hurt? be thankful God helped you through, kept you safe and look, here you are, reading this post. ALIVE!

God has done so much for you, he's so powerful, he's blessed you so much, and been with you all this time, so be strong, and do not be afraid. God is right here with us 24/7.

verse of the morning: 1 Corinthians 15:57
57 But thanks be to God! He gives us the victory through our Lord Jesus Christ.
