live, as children in the light.
God made light.
God's Word is Light.
His command is for us to live as children in the light. That way, we can shine and spread his greatness and love to others through out actions words and thoughts. Light helps us live. Think about it.
Plants need sunlight for photosynthesis to happen, ultimately giving them a source of food, we as humans need the vitamins from sunlight for better skin, and it just feels good indulging in sunlight.
By accepting Christ into our hearts, we have been taken away from the darkness that once consumed us and are now living with sight. We can see the good and bad, we can see our Saviour, and we have been chosen to serve and glorify God.
Look at the verse under. we have hidden God's word in us, aka light, so from the inside out. it shines. in our lives. everyday. and through that, we will not sin.
11 I have hidden your word in my heart
that I might not sin against you.
